I loved staying in this moderngood budget hotel. The staff was very very helpful & extremely polite. The location was superior and unbeatable, next to the train tracks, the JR trains and Shibuya station and numerous train lines, including the Narita Express. A cool bonus was nearby Bistro Soma, that offered tea and coffee.

Quiet and incredibly beautiful hotel, perfect for what we needed.

The hotel was clean with decent sized and compact rooms and fantastically friendly staff. The setting was unbeatable, just next door to a subway station as well as that has a food emporium on the basement level. It also was to the subway system. The room we had included climate control, a flat-screen TV, and an electric kettle.

It was very lovely time in Tokyo. The hotel was fantastic with a wide array of reasonably large and beautifully designed rooms. The location was great and incredible, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Bunkamura Theatre. Convenience stores and a pharmacy were right next door. Great restaurant served Western specialties.

I had the a single room which was well-equipped and brand-new with all amenities provided.

my recent stay at this hotel was amazing! having stayed in tokyo before, i wasn't expecting much, but Jr-East Hotel Mets really impressed me. the location couldn't be better, just a short walk from Shibuya station, and the room, although small, was cleverly designed so that we could fit all our luggage without feeling cramped. the staff were friendly and the cleanliness of the room was top-notch. highly recommend!

Elevator too slow.

We were in a comfortable and best possible location close to Shibuya Crossing and Hachiko statue and a convenience store and plenty of restaurant choices. Shibuya Ward district was definitely worth visiting.

Good location if you need to ride the Narita Express early in the morning.

But what blew me away the most was the smartphone provided in my room. I wish I had known about it sooner, as it would have saved me from buying a Japan SIM card.

A wide array of goodies for breakfast. Compact and modern rooms with a nice view as well as bath, AMIABLE staff. Marvellous and fantastic location at walking distance from Yoyogi Park.

Great location, just a short walk to the train station and easy access to transportation. The staff was friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any questions or needs. The hotel provided bath powders in the lobby, which was a nice way to relax after a long day of exploring Tokyo.

The toilet paper could have been thicker and the room was a bit small, making it challenging to fit large luggage. However, these were minor inconveniences compared to the overall positive experience at this hotel.
